Refund Policy

We value craftsmanship, transparency, and your satisfaction.
Because every pair is made individually for you, we kindly ask that you read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:
- The shoes must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all labels and accessories.
- Returns must be first authorized by contacting global@zardus.pt.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is covered by Zardus.
We will provide you with a DHL return label or organize collection depending on your location.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different size or model, please contact us at global@zardus.pt.
Because each pair is made to order, exchanges may take up to 5–7 business days for the new pair to be crafted.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used or damaged products
- Items without original packaging or labeling
- Custom or personalized orders
